I purchased a Blackberry 8830 and installed Blackberry Desktop Manager, VZAccess Manager, and Audio Bay Media manager to access podcasts on my Blackberry. Ever since I continue to get the following messages, 'Please wait while Windows configures Roxio Media Manager,' or 'Unable to find Certificate File,' or 'Please install CD to continue Roxio Media Manager installation.'

The problem is that I don't ever recall downloading anything from Roxio media Manager and am not sure where it came from. I uninstalled Audio Bay, Blackberry Desktop Manager and VZAccess Manager and now am unable to install anything because the computer says that the computer is busy installing another program.Any help or advice to stop or get rid of Roxio would be very much appreciated!!!
