Se qualcuno mi potesse aiutare sarei molto grato. I noticed many people posting about an unknown ACPI device which cannot be resolved after upgrading to Vista x64, because Lenovo doesn't provide the 64-bit driver for it. However, browsing through a friend's Lenovo catalog, I noticed that the Y730, which is soon to be released, will ship with Vista 64-bit! Hopefully this will mean that 64-bit drivers for the ACPI device will soon be available as of now there are no Y730 drivers up on the Lenovo website.
That is, if it is compatible with the Y510 at all. Hello,I've recently decided to go with Volume Licensing, so that we can deploy customized, fresh images of Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, without any of the pre-installed OEM software utiltities. We decided to go with Lenovo ThnkCentre M93p's - which came preloaded with Windows 7 Pro downgrades.
I've been trying to get everything sorted out with the drivers for this machine, and I've just about gotten everything sorted out now, except for these Lenovo ACPI drivers. Windows is up-to-date by the way, also.
I did find an older post in the community, from 2013, but the links were dead. I've tried 3 different drivers so far, to the point where I will probably have to redo the machine again now. None of them have worked. I tried installing them using the Setup wizard, using Windows Driver Update 'Have Disk' etc. I recently loaded via dual boot Windows 7 onto my HP Pavilion dv5-1126em Entertainment Notebook PC. I presume ACPI has something to do with power management, but I can't find any other indications of power problems - although I had to replace the battery not long before installing Win7 because it wasn't charging. Hi, Firstly let me say that the drivers area, on the HP NZ website, for my new laptop is appauling. Go to Control Panel, Device Drivers, find your Network Adapters and then you are on your own as there are probably two, one for internet with a cable connection and one for wireless. I am assuming that you can't cable into the internet, nor can you wireless. Long and tedious process so I would recommend you find a friend who will let you download the ASUS drivers or find the disk that came with the motherboard. But usually, there will be one driver in the Microsoft list that is generic enough to allow you to connect.
I purchased Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit from Lenovo and did a fresh install on my Y530. Hi all, As my laptop was getting extremely slow, I decided to reinstall and bought MS Windows 8. Although the laptop is not very old yet, to my great disappointment, I just discovered that HP does not provide MS Windows 8.
So I'm trying to gather all driversfrom the vendors myself. I was able to successfully find and installthe graphics nVidia and sound drivers IDT. Most other drivers MS Windows found itself.
But there are still some unknown devices in the Device Manager. Els en Chris hmz Just discovered that my webcam is not working. So I suppose that it is currently recognised as a generic usb device but I'm not sure which one. I already tried installing HP MediaSmart and Cyberlink Youcam from the HP Website, in the hope that these contain the driver, but that did not help.
Does anyone perhaps know the hardware ID of my webcam? Or where I can find the driver?
I have 3 base system device errors and 1 unknown device error. I know at least one is related to a graphics card. The Microsoft Update catalog had no entries for these. Base System Device errors are most often associated with USB card readers.

Hi,I bought an IdeaPad S206 only with DOS and have now successfullyinstalled Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate version. So can we please get a Windows 7 version for this driver? As this netbook is also sold with Windows 7 there should be a working driver available, but Lenovo did not yet put it online here. So please post it finally in the driver section or post any problem solution to get this fixed. Somebody mentioned to use the energy management software version for the olderS205 IdeaPad, but this version did not work for me, as Windows Installer crashed and then thewhole machine was buggy from there on, so don´t try this, I had to reinstall WIndows 7!

Good Morning DM19, Thank you for your reply and I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I understand that you did your installation from the Windows disk. You have all the drivers now except for the one that has a code 10 on it.
Have you done all your Windows updates, if not that may resolve it. From Device Manger did you try to just have it update the driver? Have you tried running MS Fix It?
Have you downloaded and install the Operating System Enhancements and QFE's from the software and driver page for your system. If this has not resolved the driver issue, the software and driver page has a recovery manager option for you to download. I would download it and follow the prompts. Once you have completed that step, I would install all the original drivers from the recovery manager Using Recovery Manager to Restore Software and Drivers Windows 7 Now run the HP Support Assistantto get the HP updates.
